What are we looking for?
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Manager – HHPC for the development of this segment in our business.
What do we expect from the candidate?
The candidate will be part of our sales team with the main mission of growing sales and increasing Solevo market share in the segment of cosmetic body care and detergents. Candidate will be creating and keeping an active pipeline of businesses that cover all aspects including, but not limited to – Home, Laundry, Hair Care, Body Care, Active Ingredients, etc. Formulation ability will be an advantage.
The key responsibilities:
- We are seeking an experienced and talented Business Developer, Hygiene and Personal care to join our team in Cote d’Ivoire
- He/she should have good knowledge of the Chemicals (Specialties & Commodities) used in Detergents, Hair Care, Body Care, Active Ingredients, etc. Formulation ability will be an advantage.
- He/She should have good experience with products used in special applications, formulations, plus understanding the current trends.
- English Fluent
- BCDE driver's license
If you possess…
Must-Have:
- Bsc in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Natural Science or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience as Business Developer in the specific area of chemicals used in detergence, cosmetic and body care.
- Experience with products used in special applications, formulations.
- ABusiness Development and Sales skills: strong B2B, B2C business development and excellent sales management skills with the ability to demonstrate value to customer and build up complex offer.
- Product development: Proven track record in developing new products in existing or new markers.
- Technical knowledge & industry network: Good technical knowledge of the chemical products (Specialties and commodities) used in cosmetic, detergents and good commercial relationship with industry players.
