What are we looking for?

We are looking for two experienced Technical Sales Executives to join our dynamic Home & Personal Care Division team. The ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific field, with strong knowledge of Personal Care and Home Care formulations and ingredients. Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills are essential. What do we expect from the candidate?

We expect the successful candidates to provide scientific and technical support for our personal care and home care products, assist customers with product applications, and contribute to achieving sales targets through professional consultation and follow-up. They should be able to conduct product demonstrations, handle customer inquiries, and provide technical troubleshooting. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to prepare technical and sales reports are crucial for success in this role.

The key responsibilities:

•       Provide technical explanations regarding formulations, ingredients, and product applications.

•       Conduct product demonstrations for cosmetics and household manufacturers and clients.

•       Support customers with regulatory and product-related inquiries.

•       Receive and process Purchase Orders (POs).

•       Create Sales Offers and coordinate with Finance and Planning to confirm stock availability and financial status.

•       Follow up with Logistics and Warehouse to ensure timely delivery.

•       Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer visits.

•       Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.

•       Handle customer complaints and provide technical troubleshooting.

•       Prepare technical and sales reports.

•       Maintain proper documentation and CRM records.
