Join SOLEVO’s international ERP team and take a lead functional role in multi‑country D365 F&O roll‑outs across Africa—covering complex logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain operations. You’ll drive process design end-to-end, influence the roadmap, and work directly with decision‑makers, all in a modern, cloud‑first environment.

English is required; French is a strong plus.

What You’ll Do

• Lead functional scope for Supply Chain, Logistics, WMS, and Manufacturing within D365 F&O

• Own the roll‑out lifecycle: fit‑gap, design, configuration, testing, training, go‑live, and hyper care

• Drive business/process analysis with stakeholders to identify improvements and standardize best practices

• Write high‑quality functional designs and collaborate closely with in‑house developers on estimates and delivery

• Define and govern integrations with connected systems; contribute to API/interface specifications

• Enable and mentor key users; lead structured enablement and adoption across entities

• Support a 600+ user landscape together with internal and external consultants (focus on complex cases and continuous improvement)

• Contribute to the product roadmap for logistics and manufacturing; champion standard D365 over custom where it makes sense

• Build end-to-end supply chain solutions: from designing to deployment

What You Bring

Must‑Have

• 8+ years as a D365 F&O / AX Supply Chain / Logistics Functional Consultant (manufacturing exposure strongly preferred)

• Proven experience in roll‑out/implementation projects (multi‑entity or multi‑country)

• Strong business analysis and requirements management skills

• Ability to produce clear functional & technical documentation (incl. diagrams and API/interface specs)

• Excellent communication in English (stakeholder-facing)

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, IS, Business, or related field

Nice‑to‑Have

• Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Power BI

• Familiarity with project/process frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma)

• Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar collaboration tools

• French language skills
